De-Clutter
Clutter causes stress!!
We can help you by coming into your home and spending time with you to find out your needs and wants. We then spend time, working with you if possible, to de-clutter that cupboard, room, house or garage, making sure that you keep all of the things you need and want and not the things you don't.
Organise
We will help you organise your space so that everything has a home and you will always be able to find it. We will work with you and make suggestions on how best to use the space you have and also make suggestions on appropriate storage solutions.
Downsize
You may be in a situation where you need to downsize because:

you no longer need the larger home now that the kids have left; or
-
you are retiring to accommodation more suitable for this time of your life.
We can help you with all your needs, with care and understanding. We know that sometimes this can be a difficult and emotional time for you. We can sit with you and go through what your needs are. We can discuss where you are now and where you want to be, and help you through the process. With a hands-on approach we can go through everything with you and help you decide what you still need and what you do not.
Prepare your home for sale
Selling your home can be an exciting as well as stressful experience and of course, you are looking to get the best price for your property. It is a well known fact that presentation when selling is everything, and at Lifestyle Logistics we can ensure that you make the best impression on possible buyers.
Our aim is to display your property to its best advantage. Some of the approaches we take are:
- De-cluttering for a more spacious look.
- Rearranging your furnishings to create more space and flow
- Possibly suggesting temporary storage of some items to create space
- Liaising with cleaning or gardening services if required
- Advising on other pre-sale styling solutions
Items no longer needed or wanted
We will discuss with you what you would like done with items that you no longer require. These fall into 3 different categories:

Items for sale. Depending on the item, we will be able to discuss with you all the methods of sale. We may suggest contacting a dealer specialising in the item in question, or we may suggest sale through E-Bay or other media. You could do this yourself, or we can organise to do it on your behalf.

Items for donation. Items for donation would be dealt with through the organisation of your choice. For large items, we can organise collection for you or, for smaller items, deliver them on your behalf.

Items for disposal. Items for disposal will be treated appropriately. If large amounts are to be disposed of, we may suggest a mini skip or, for smaller quantities, we would be able to organise disposal for you. We would always consider the possibility of recycling and would take this option as the first choice.
Storage Solutions
We can advise you on the best storage solutions to meet your needs. Whether it is for your kitchen, laundry, children's toy room or your garage. We can discuss the different options with you and you can either obtain them yourself or, we can obtain them on your behalf.
Deceased Estates
This can be a very difficult time for you and also a time where you find yourself overwhelmed with the delicate task ahead. Here we can help ease the stress for you by helping you, hands-on, with whatever needs you may have.
We would take great care and understanding in discussing with you your needs at the time and, working with you to achieve them in the most expedient manner. We would always follow your instructions and only make suggestions where we would feel that they would facilitate the process.
